Where will I receive the item?

You can pick it up at your accommodation during your stay in Japan.
Please inform the staff at the accommodation facility as it will be delivered in advance to the accommodation facility you specify.
You can specify the delivery address at any accommodation facility that you will use during your stay.
We would appreciate if you can select booking the accommodation which enables this service smoothly before returning to Japan.

By when do I have to order the item?

Orders can be placed up to 8 days before the “delivery date”.
Please note that the date of stay at the facility where the product is delivered is calculated, not the date of departure.

I want to cancel a purchased item

A Cancellation fee will be charged for orders placed up to 15 days before the date of delivery.
With regard to cancellations made 14 to 9 days in advance, the rights can be transferred to another person.
Those who have transferred the rights will be able to place new orders with the purchaser’s account.
Cancellations after the 8th day cannot be canceled.
Please note that the date of stay at the facility where the product is delivered is calculated, not the date of departure.

I want to change the delivery destination

You can change the delivery date and destination up to 4 days before “starting from the delivery date”.
Please note that the date of stay at the facility where the product is delivered is calculated, not the date of departure.

About payment method

It can be set up to 180 days after the purchase date. The delivery destination will be changed up to 4 days before the delivery date.

Is it possible to ship outside Japan?

Please refer to the customs page of your country to check the tax exemption range.

Is there a best-by date?

We do not accept orders over the phone.
