Shipping charges

Shipping charges vary by product and delivery area. Details will be provided on each product detail page.

Additional charges may be incurred for packaging services that are not included in the price. Please refer to the details page of each product.

Consumption Tax

Nippon Gift charges sales tax on each product and service ordered by customers.
A tax rate of 10% applies to the goods and services provided. However, a reduced tax rate of 8% may apply to certain products, such as food and beverage items.
*Sales tax is also charged on delivery charges, handling fees, and additional service charges such as wrapping.

Time of delivery of goods

If the product is in stock, it will be delivered on the date specified by the customer after the credit card has been approved for use. The available period varies from product to product. The available period will be indicated on the detail page of each product.

Order Returns and Exchanges

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are separately explained in the Cancellation Policy in the User’s Guide.

Limitations on sales volume, conditions of sale, etc.

Some products have a limited quantity for sale. For products not specifically listed, there is no limit on the quantity a customer may purchase, but we may limit purchases for reasons of order and delivery.
