- My stay in Japan is short, can I still use your services?
- Yes, of course, Nippon Gift has souvenirs that can be delivered immediately or handmade over time. You can purchase them even before you arrive in Japan.
Please inform the staff at the accommodation facility as it will be delivered on advance to the accommodation facility you specify.
You can specify the delivery address at any accommodation facility that you will use during your stay.
We would appreciate it if you could consider facilities that are easy to pick up and accommodations before returning to Japan.
- Is it possible to return or exchange the product?
- If an item is damaged, or for some other reason, it is not delivered on time, it can be returned or exchanged. If the item to be exchanged cannot be delivered in time for your stay, we will respond with a refund.
Please note that the date of stay at the facility where the product is delivered is calculated, not the date of departure.
- After returning to Japan, I found something wrong with the product, what should I do?
- Please be sure to check the condition of the item while you are in Japan. We will not be able to respond to your request after you return home from Japan.
With regard to cancellations made 14 to 9 days in advance, the rights can be transferred to another person.
Those who have transferred the rights will be able to place new orders with the purchaser’s account.
Cancellations after the 8th day cannot be canceled.

- What is the turnaround time from purchase to delivery?
- It varies depending on the product. Please refer to the product list or the detail page for the number of days required for delivery.

- Can I cancel my purchase?
- It is possible. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us through the inquiry page. In principle, it is possible after shipping or before preparing for shipping.
- Why can I only receive my order in Japan?
- Nippon Gift aims to deliver the charm and culture of Japan through “souvenirs” that people can take home with them as a memento of their trip. We believe that souvenirs can be a trigger for people to remember the good things about Japan, such as “I want to go back to Japan again” or “That place in Japan was very interesting.

- Payment is by credit card only.
