I hate fish but going to japan for third time this year and was thinking of trying salmon. Am i better off trying tuna?

so japanese sushi is just a bit if rice with a cut of something on top of it and the other so good japan food is a very salty soup. I suspect Japanese food is not very good

has sushi gotten more variety in japan over the past years? i lived in tokyo about 30 years ago and i feel like there were none of these kinds of creations. much simpler nigiri and a few rolls. or is this chain kind of more "adventurous"? (my favorite was unagi. i love that stuff.)

Been to Sushiro a few times and totally agree with Chris - that pumpkin tempura? It's so fkin delicious! I have no idea how they manage to make them so tasty, but it's a 11/10 and you should try it!😍

I would love to try sushi but I'd have to have it cooked due to having a double lung and liver transplant 8 years ago, so if I tried to go to a sushi place idk if I could even ask for it that 😅
