For sake, you can choose from two types of Junmai Daiginjo carefully selected from Kanazawa and Ishikawa prefecture, which has many breweries that offer high-quality local sake.
One of the traditional
Japanese crafts, “Makie”, was luxuriously applied to the bottle, aiming to make something that can be displayed not only as a bottle as a container, but as an art work.
The decoration of the lacquer work is carefully finished one by one by “wajimaya zeni”, who has a high level technique in Japan.
We highly recommend this product which is exclusive to us only.
【Junmai Daiginjo】
Junmai Daiginjo sake is made by a method called “Ginjo-zukuri”. Ginjo-zukuri is a method of fermenting well-polished rice at a low temperature of around 10 degrees Celsius for a long time.
By fermenting at low temperature, it is brewed to have a unique “ginjo aroma” like fruits. For this reason, Ginjo-made sake has a fruity and gorgeous aroma.
As raw materials, we only use rice with a rice polishing ratio of 50% or less, “komekouji”(malted rice )and water.
Junmai Daiginjo Sake is a sake that combines the flavor and richness of rice unique to Junmai with the ginjo aroma produced by Ginjo-zukuri.
Makie is a typical technique of lacquer art developed uniquely in Japan and has been performed for about 1200 years.
Draw a picture with lacquer on the surface of the vessel with a fine brush, and before the lacquer hardens, sprinkle gold powder from above to show the pattern. It is a very splendid technique in which gold and silver patterns emerge from the ground color of lacquer.
