This cutting board is carefully handmade one by one using Japanese cypress wood.
It features legs so that it can stand anywhere even when you have trouble placing it. Because it stands on its own, it dries firmly on both sides, which is a great point.
In addition, the hiba wood is exquisitely hard and resilient, neither too hard nor too soft, and it gently catches knives so that they hit the blade perfectly.
