Founded in 1848, Mizuho Shuzo is the oldest existing Awamori brewery in Shuri(Okinawa), and continues to stick to the traditional method of making koji by hand. Awamori "Shuriten" is an awamori with the original heavy flavor, unique aroma, and richness of black koji malt, made into an easy-to-drink mild flavor.
