This set allows you to compare the flavors of the four seasons: spring, summer, fall, and winter. The set includes four types of sake: special honjozo in spring, karakuchi in summer, junmai ginjo in fall, and daiginjo in winter.

The brewing water at the foot of Mt. Akagi is ideal for light and dry sake. Akagisan Karakuchi" for heated sake and "Akagisan Nama-Shu" for chilled sake.
