Made from Seibel 9110, Koshu, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay. This dry white wine has a fresh taste with lemon, grapefruit and citrus aromas and a lively acidity.

Okuizumo Winery is located in Unnan City in the southwestern part of Shimane Prefecture.
We make wine in harmony with nature, which is only possible here. Our annual production is approximately 50,000 bottles, and we carefully craft each bottle with uncompromising attention to detail.
