The wine is well-balanced with a firm structure and fine tannins. In 2000, we began hedge cultivation of Cabernet Sauvignon on the sandy gravel soils of the Hokushin area. The Kitashin area has soil with excellent drainage, little rainfall, and a large temperature difference between day and night, making it ideal for growing grapes.
