Domaine Raison has its own 40-hectare vineyard in the Furano area of Hokkaido (Nakafurano and Furano), where it produces wine that maximizes the individuality of the grapes.
After wine fermentation, the lees and lees are put into the soil with goat manure to activate the microorganisms and create a sustainable energy cycle. With "sustainable" at the core of our operations, we utilize the power of nature in our winemaking.
