CANCEL POLICY

① Cancellation of order and change of delivery date.

In principle, orders that can be cancelled are limited to those placed before shipment preparations begin. Please contact the exhibitor directly if you wish to cancel your order after the preparation for shipment. (Click here for inquiries).

(1) How to cancel your order

1.Access your order history or order completion e-mail.
2.Click the Cancel RQ button. Cancellations can only be made on an order-by-order basis.
3.Please fill in your cancellation request in the form and send it to us.
4.You will be notified by e-mail as to whether or not your cancellation has been successful.
5.Once the cancellation is complete, the buyer will receive a notification that the cancellation is complete.

② Returns, exchanges and refunds

(1) The purchaser may request a return, exchange, or refund in the following cases.

1. Returns, exchanges, and refunds may be requested within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise.
2. In the event that the ordered product is not delivered on the specified date (including the fault of the delivery company or the recipient), please contact Nippon Gift from here. We will refund or re-deliver your order.
3.If the ordered product is confirmed to be defective due to damage, stain, or other reasons, please contact Nippon Gift here. We will return, exchange, or refund your money.
4.If you wish to request a return, exchange, or refund for any other reason, please contact Nippon Gift here. We will confirm the details of your request and respond to you as soon as possible.

(2) Refund method

 Since credit cards are the only payment method for this service, refunds will be made by canceling  the credit card transaction. Please note that credit card cancellation processing may take some time depending on the credit card company.

(3) Notes

・Depending on the reason for the return or exchange, the purchaser may be responsible for shipping  costs related to the return or exchange.
・Please note that you may be asked to take a picture of the item when you return it.
・Please do not dispose of the packing box and materials in the event of a return or exchange.
・In the case of exchange, it may take some time depending on the stock status.
