For sake, you can choose from two types of Junmai Daiginjo carefully selected from Kanazawa and Ishikawa prefecture, which has many breweries that offer high-quality local sake. Please choose your favorite meaning and design from the modern patterns that puts a stylish essence in Japanese style.

【Junmai Daiginjo】
Junmai Daiginjo sake is made by a method called „Ginjo-zukuri“. Ginjo-zukuri is a method of fermenting well-polished rice at a low temperature of around 10 degrees Celsius for a long time.
By fermenting at low temperature, it is brewed to have a unique „ginjo aroma“ like fruits. For this reason, Ginjo-made sake has a fruity and gorgeous aroma.
As raw materials, we only use rice with a rice polishing ratio of 50% or less, „komekouji”(malted rice )and water.
Junmai Daiginjo Sake is a sake that combines the flavor and richness of rice unique to Junmai with the ginjo aroma produced by Ginjo-zukuri.
