I went to a safe inn in Kyoto.
It is a capsule hotel with many free offerings.
Rice, miso soup, eggs, drinks, ice cream, etc. are free.
It's close to downtown Kyoto, so it's a great place for a long stay!

What you guys might be wondering..

1. Long Stay Plan 01:11
We can stay for 30 days for 40,000yen (About 296 USD). Price may vary..

2. Eating Raw Eggs 06:11
In Japan, it is customary to eat raw eggs over rice. Therefore, eggs distributed in Japan are sanitized so that they are safe to eat raw.

3. Cleanliness of common areas 03:27
Hotel staff regularly cleaned common areas and shared items such as massage chairs.

4. Flushing Sound Effect 08:49
This is not limited to this hotel, but many toilets in Japan are equipped with such facilities. We can use it to cover our pee sound with its water sound. Many Japanese people feel embarrassed about their pee sound, so they use it to protect their own pride.

5. Sleeping Pods 09:15
Capsule rooms are not equipped with locks. However, there are surveillance cameras outside the capsule rooms to ensure your safety. There are no cameras inside the capsule rooms, so privacy is also ensured.

to many? or just many? gtfo

@JohnnyNorfolk 2025.04.28 20:30

Not my Scene at all. The plastic gloves did it for me. and I would never wear used slippers.

@RobertJ-vo4bk 2025.04.28 10:33

Unfortunately this hotel is permanently closed.

@David-e1b3t 2025.04.27 20:06

This would be impossible, here in California.

@KSMO1031 2025.04.27 19:32

It all depends on how you were raised. My mom was extremely tidy and organized. Everything was clean and put away. My wife came from a family where both parents were hoarders and lived in less than "ideal" sanitary conditions. (I'm trying to be kind to my in-laws). I would love to visit a place like this while it would drive my wife crazy.

Therefore, eggs distributed in Japan are sanitized so that they are safe to eat raw. = could you define sanitized??? Salmonella is theeere .................

@AquaNikki 2025.04.24 21:42

It's coffin like 😮

@brianminkc 2025.04.24 05:07

@Floe987 2025.04.22 04:32

You keep on saying Free food, Free alcohol, Free soft drinks, Free this Free that.
How is it "Free" when you have already payed for the stay plan my friend? Nothing in this world is for free.

@sportysbusiness 2025.04.21 10:20

I loved staying in the capsule hotels. One thing to remember though, they are designed for Japanese who are considerably shorter than westerners. As a tall woman, they were a little cramped and the duvet wasn't long enough!!!

@6BlackWings 2025.04.20 06:05

Can only imagine how fast a $40/night with frde food hotel would be destroyed in the US

@MsTaoist 2025.04.19 10:35

Can I ask (sorry if it's a stupid question) but why in all of the (particularly) Japanese travel vids does it look completely empty? Ive seen capsule hotels and train rides etc but there is never anyone else there?😥

@Vonkrienhoppe 2025.04.18 20:11

I am impressed with how well thought out their services are and the variety of products they offer. Kudos to the owners, well done!

@gravewild 2025.04.18 13:06

30 days for $320? I will live there forever😅

@SylvesterFrierson 2025.04.18 03:32

So that capsule hotel is leagues ahead of any hotel I’ve been too in the US, and for $296 us you can stay for around 30 days that is crazy!! No need for a house at that price. Very nice video

@Dechein 2025.04.17 21:01

Грустно, что это кому-то кажется хорошими условиями.

@Nanajsiuz 2025.04.17 03:53

Videos like this make me realize how much of a shit hole the US is. It was never “great”

@SonofDad78 2025.04.17 03:17

Thanks!

@Ncharlestun 2025.04.17 03:27

I would have to cook the egg and not have it raw over rice. Fantastic video though.
