・Sparkling Sake Awayura
Sparkling sake with a refreshing acidity, created by brewing with "Fukuoka Dream Yeast" developed by Fukuoka Prefecture.
It has an alcohol content of 7 degrees, about half that of regular sake. It is especially popular among women and those who do not usually drink sake.

・Hakata Sparkling Amau
This sparkling liqueur is made with luxurious "Hakata Amao" strawberries, a specialty of Fukuoka Prefecture.
No flavoring or coloring is used, and the original flavor and color of the strawberries are infused into the liquor.

・Ginjo Josui
Josui Ginjo-shu has been loved by Hakata people for over 40 years.
Just like its name, it is light and dry. It has a mild aroma and is a ginjo-shu that goes very well with fish from the Genkainada Sea.
