Shinshu Takayama Winery is located in Takayama Village, Nagano Prefecture.
The Takayama Winery was established to train people who can manage a winery that integrates cultivation, winemaking, and sales, and to produce world-class wines from vineyards that take advantage of the rich natural conditions suitable for fruit tree cultivation in the village.
