Kyoto Distillery is a gin distillery founded in Kyoto, Japan, inspired by the historic craftsmanship of Kyoto.
The water from Fushimi, which has produced the finest sake for centuries, and locally grown ingredients such as yuzu, sansho (Japanese citrus fruit), and green tea from Uji, make Kyoto gin a unique gin.
The latent sense of pride in Kyoto and the city's history is what we want to express in our gin.
