Nosaku-Kuzushi Yure(Japanese Sake Cup)-Large-Silver

This vessel is made of unmixed tin. The gold leaf on the inside, applied by a Kanazawa foil artisan, shines beautifully and is very gorgeous. The roundness of the bowl fits comfortably in the palm of the hand, and the warm, metallic look of the tin gives it a soft, gentle feel. The metal-like weight of the bottom of the cup is made to take advantage of its roundness, and when placed on the table, it shimmers a little, making it a joyful swaying vessel.
