This Junmai Daiginjo is made using only Yamadanishiki, the highest grade of sake rice grown under contract, and carefully brewed using traditional techniques. It is named "Ai" (indigo), and as the indigo-colored bottle indicates, the rich flavor can be enjoyed. This full-bodied daiginjo is characterized by its flamboyance, lightness, fineness, fullness of flavor, and crisp mouthfeel.
