Hyuganatsu has long been popular as a soul fruit originating from Miyazaki Prefecture, where the slightly sweet white skin (wata) is left intact and the sour pulp is generally tasted together. While taking advantage of the sweetness and acidity of the hyuganatsu juice, which contains the white skin and pulp, we have achieved both an authentic taste and a light mouthfeel by keeping the alcohol content at a low 3%.
